We’re wrapping up this amazing week full of acceptance by kicking off Homecoming 2016! Starting off this week last Sunday with a hilarious and informative event with this semester’s United We Stand. This time around we were able to learn about Jewish and Arab stereotypes and have any questions we had answered by two men who actually live through it every day. Truly what a great way to learn about different cultures in a small place such as Platteville! Also this week, I was able to put up my new bulletin board “Are You Out of The Woods” to highlight National LGBT History month and National Coming Out Day on October 11th. Saving the best for last, Friday night was a night to remember with so many Wilgus Women at the Rainbow Rave Drag Show! I hope everyone had as much fun as I did and can’t wait until next year to do it all over again!!
